NATIONAL HOMESCHOOLING ASSOCIATIONS
Alternative Homeschooling Association: The Alternative Homeschooling Association is comprised of families everywhere who view homeschooling as a viable alternative to traditional public schools. Members of the AHA value and respect the differences between people and believe that diversity makes us stronger. AHA members understand that education comes in many forms and are dedicated to providing opportunities that allow their children to flourish and achieve. The AHA exists to provide resources, group support for members as well as a more unified voice for political action.
American Homeschool Association: The American Homeschool Association, is a service organization sponsored in part by the publishers of Home Education Magazine. The AHA was created in 1995 to network homeschoolers on a national level. Current AHA services include an online news and discussion list which provides news, information, and resources for homeschoolers, media contacts, and education officials.
Association of Christian Schools International: A portal to up-to-date information regarding ACSI and its programs and services to Christian schools and educators worldwide.
Native American Home School Association: Organization uniting the common ideals of Native American home schooling families.

Alabama
The Christian Home Education Fellowship of Alabama
Founded in 1988, this organization is dedicated to providing information, resources, and services to all Alabaman homeschoolers. All of this comes from a Christian perspective, of course.
Alaska
The Alaska Private and Home Educators Association
This homeschool association is designed to support parents all over Alaska to perform their Biblical responsibility to train up their children in the way they should go.
Arizona
The Arizona Federation of Home Educators
This organization exists to protect parents' rights in terms of home education. They provide information about conventions, support groups, and so much more.
Arkansas
The Arkansas Education Alliance
This alliance, established in 1989, partnered with Dr. James Dobson and Focus on the Family in order to promote the cause of alternative education in the form of both private and homeschool educational programs.
California
The Christian Home Educators Association of California
Launched in 1982, this non-profit ministry provides support, information, and training to the state's homeschooling community.
Colorado
The Christian Home Educators of Colorado
This organization sponsors the state-qualifying Geography and Spelling Bees, Debate tournaments, graduation ceremonies, and more events to keep homeschoolers involved and connected.
Connecticut
The Education Association of Christian Homeschoolers
TEACH is an organization of homeschoolers committed to supporting, inspiring, and protecting homeschooling families along with those interested in homeschooling. They have an annual convention in June.

Florida Parent-Educators Association
This homeschooling association serves homeschooling families in Florida. They provide means of support, networking, an annual convention, grassroots conferences and communications, and encouragement.
Georgia
Georgia Home Education Association
The Georgia Home Education Association is a network of Christian homeschoolers. They attempt to promote support groups all over the state, protect freedoms of homeschoolers, and honor Jesus Christ in all that they do.
Hawaii
The Hawai'i Homeschool Association
This website is full of valuable resources for the homeschooling family in Hawaii. They accept members regardless of method of homeschooling. They provide a network of socialization for homeschooled kids.
Idaho
Idaho Coalition of Home Educators
Instrumental in the passage of Idaho homeschooling law in 1992, this coalition helps homeschoolers in Idaho retain the freedom that they helped to win. This organization provides legal counseling and other protections.
Illinois
Christian Home Educators Coalition
The Christian Home Educators Coalition of Illinois is an organization dedicated to preserving hard-won homeschooling liberties among homeschoolers in Illinois.
Indiana
The Indiana Association of Home Educators

The Christian Home Educators Network of Maryland

The Minnesota Association of Christian Home Educators
This group formed in 1983 to help Christian families successfully homeschool their children. It is a non-profit, state-wide organization open to all Christian homeschoolers.

This is Missouri's oldest homeschooling organization. Since 1983, FHE has ensured that Missouri's homeschoolers are legally protected. They provide a staff of regional directors and a lobbyist in Jefferson City.
Montana
The Montana Coalition of Home Educators
This coalition came to be in 1988, providing a loose network of support groups in order to connect home educators. This network became a powerful social and political force in Montana and became able to protect homeschoolers' rights.
Nebraska

Loving Education at Home has over 150 chapters in its ranks. 3,700 families make up this support organization that promotes the cause of homeschooling throughout New York.
