HOMESCHOOL TUITION-TERMS AND REFUNDS
The Cambridge Academy Homeschool Program has both public and private sections of this homeschool web site. Private sections are those that require a username and passcode combination to access. Primarily for instruction, these sections are available on a homeschool tuition basis to individuals throughout the world. Homeschool tuition and fees are due and payable before homeschool students are shipped homeschool curriculum materials and before course access. If enrolled when no payment installment plan is available the homeschool student may withdraw from The Cambridge Academy Homeschool Program anytime during the first 30 days of enrollment and receive a 66% refund of homeschool tuition fees paid; from day 31 onward refunds are not available. At certain times of the year, The Cambridge Academy Homeschool Program offers a payment plan to make it easier for homeschool parents and guardians to budget. Upon enrollment the homeschool student's homeschool parent or guardian is agreeing to pay the total homeschool tuition for the then-current school year with one exception; during the first 1 month of enrollment the homeschool parent or guardian may withdraw the homeschool student and only be financially responsible for the first homeschool tuition payment as long as the homeschool curriculum materials are returned within 30 days from withdrawal. (A $200.00 homeschool curriculum charge will be assessed if the homeschool curriculum materials are not returned.) After the first month, homeschool parents are responsible for the homeschool tuition for the entire school year (whether in single payment or installments). Any homeschool curriculum charges are waived upon payment in full of the yearly homeschool tuition. Enrollment fees (if any) are refundable up to the point that an enrollment/application has been reviewed and accepted. After this process is completed the enrollment/application fee (if any) is not refundable UNLESS the enrollment/application has been declined. Declined applicants may receive a refund of the enrollment/application fee. Shipping & handling fees cover all normal shipping and handling to destinations in the U.S. for homeschool curriculum materials normally included and can not be refunded after the first postal mail or other delivery has been sent. Homeschool parents may keep all homeschool curriculum excepting videos and video CDs which must be returned after use.

"Any refunds for any given regular learning year must be requested on or before June 30 of that learning year. Any refunds for any summer session or extension must be requested on or before August 30 of that summer session. We are not able to offer any refunds or credits after those dates because we close our accounting at those times."

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Homeschool tuition and fees are due upon before or upon enrollment in The Cambridge Academy Homeschool Program. At times The Cambridge Academy Homeschool Program offers a payment plan to make it easier for homeschool parents or guardians to budget yearly homeschool tuition costs. This plan is offered interest free as long as invoice payments are not late. For accounts that are not current, a finance charge of 1.5% (subject to State and National regulations) is added on a monthly basis and will accumulate until the account is paid. Payments may be made through our secure online payment system by logging into the "homeschool parent" account clicking on the "Make Payment" button. Accounts automatically charge credit card accounts when future payments are due unless the credit card owner emails customer service at least 5 business days before the payment due date and requests that the credit card not be automatically charged. In this case homeschool parents are responsible for entering a payment via the online system and/or mailing a check or money order for the amount due. Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 (or then current) Return Check Fee. Declined Credit Card transactions are subject to our Declined Credit Card Fee. Accounts that are placed in collection because of non-payment are subject to additional fees as permitted by law. The account holder is responsible for all collection costs (legal and para-legal) associated with collection activities for accounts that are cancelled for non-payment. Accounts cancelled for non-payment are subject to a $200.00 per homeschool student homeschool curriculum fee that may be credited upon return of all homeschool curriculum materials in good useable condition within 30 days of cancellation. Accounts cancelled or suspended for non-payment are subject to reporting to credit agencies and collection services.

SUSPENSION, EXPULSION AND DISENROLLMENT
Suspension is a temporary discontinuance of access to The Cambridge Academy Homeschool Program private sections. Homeschool students remain enrolled during a suspension and all financial responsibilities remain in effect during a suspension. If a homeschool student is expelled, the financial responsibility to the homeschool tuition ceases upon expulsion. A homeschool parent or guardian may disenroll a homeschool student by informing The Cambridge Academy Homeschool Program via fax, mail or email. If a homeschool parent or guardian disenrolls a homeschool student during the first two months of enrollment then they are responsible only for their first homeschool tuition payment. If they disenroll after the end of the second month, they are responsible for the homeschool tuition for the entire school year.
